She paid a visit to Cambodia as a UNICEF ambassador. Rosie talked about his experience in an emotional interview that reveals how children in this country are struggling to survive:
Suburbs near the Cambodian capital are full of children running barefoot. They live in the most limited circumstances, surrounded by dirt, trash and debris at temperatures of 37 degrees. Is access to clean water, dermatitis atopica medicines or food. Every day is a lesson in survival for these children. It was shocking and sad to see that. I met a mother dermatitis atopica whose story touched me. Sareth, aged 42, told me how during the rainy season last year living near the river has flooded dermatitis atopica house. She had the power to prevent illness her daughter just six weeks, it died shortly after. Every day, in Cambodia, around 50 children who have not yet reached the age of 5 die due to diseases like pneumonia. It's hard to think that here children die from easily preventable and treatable dermatitis atopica diseases.
